This lapus-blue linocut print is truly from the heart - growing up in Hamilton as a University student meant lots of coffee runs, and I soon fell in love with Paisley Coffeehouse. Pictured in the print is the outside view of Paisley. Inside the real cafe, you can find paintings and local goods like cards, stickers, and more made by local artisans.
 
Measuring about 12 by 14 centimetres, this print is inked in a classic Paisley-blue colour, which you’ll see in the vibrant logo when you visit this stop in person. To date, this print remains my most detailed linocut, with the carving process (only) totalling about 5 hours. I hope you coffee enthusiasts and art lovers can find a place in your home for this truly unique print!
