What exactly are commissions?

To put it simply, commissions are client-centred requests that an artist fulfills and brings to life! In this blog post, I'll be sharing some of the top things I've learned while accepting commissions aside from just the monetary support I receive.

I am a great person to speak about my experience because I have now done many commissions, and I've learned some great things along the way! It hasn't been without failures and challenges along the way (one of the most notable being a scam I was involved in from a 'customer' who was interested in purchasing one of my works on commission). I've seen a lot of creators ask how I do it and even how to start, so please sit down, relax, make yourself a cup of warm tea or coffee, and enjoy this blog post!
